WILIUG Bylaws (Adopted September 2004)
Over the summer, the Steering Committee will reevaluate our bylaws and make any needed changes. The Chair will bring the proposed changes to the next WILIUG meeting for voting. Designated contacts for each WILIUG member library will be asked to submit a vote during the meeting. If designated contacts are unable to attend the general meeting they are asked to send a proxy on their behalf. A majority vote of the members present at the meeting will be required for passage of the change or amendment.
